Issues with PS3 DualShock 3 controller after update
ISSUE
After todays update my PS3 DS3 gamepad stopped properly working.

OS
Windows 10

INFO
I installed official drivers from PS Now 1 year ago and set it up as a Generic Controller on Steam.
I never used any wrappers.
It stopped working today after I installed a new beta and tried playing the Crash remastered.
At first buttons were messed up, now after remapping the buttons it doesn't work in any game.
I tried reconfiguring again with no results.
Tried plugging/unpluggin and restarting my PC.

Can you go into controller settings>define layout>clear and exit. And see if that fixes the issue?

Thank you for your reply.

Just tried that. And no it didn't do anything. PS3 controller works in Big Picture but it doesn't work in games.

Also I looked around the Big Picture mode and I realized can't access "Controller Configuration" option.

Ah ok, there's a missing template file. I can get a fix pushed later today. If you're desperate to get back to gaming now you can copy-paste and rename one of the xbox templates in Steam/controller_base/templates/ to controller_ps3_gamepad_joystick.vdf. Or you can opt-out of playstation controller support temporarily.

Trying it now, hoping for that fix bro :)
Didnt wanna open a new topic same issue but im using a generic one similar to PS3 and its broken too, would love an official steam fix tho :D
