Steam DPI Scaling not working right with Windows 10
I have steam installed on a windows 10 pc and up until today the steam client's size scaled the way I wanted it to by enabling "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application". When this option was disabled steam would scale to a really big size. I use a 1920x1080 TV screen for my pc so I needed to scale windows size to 150% in settings. If I set it back to 100% then Steam's size is fine but the rest of my pc becomes really small. Steam didnt have any problems until the most recent update that I did which is now preventing me from scaling steam the way it used to scale to even though I enabled the override high DPI scaling option in properties. Can anyone please help me out this is really frustrating me?

NOTE: this problem is only regarding the steam client itself all the games I have in steam work fine

I believe this might be what is causing this problem I found it in the update log of the most recent update (March 21st): "Added high-DPI monitor support when running under Windows 10 with the 2017 Creators Update"

I have this problem as well. PLEASE add a DEDICATED UI scale or some sort of way to adjust our UI. Everything is magnified and I would like to have small text and a smaller UI again.

My default Windows 10 scaling is 125% because I intend on being able to see past the age of 70. In all of their grandiose wisdom and power, Valve decided it would be a good idea to have Steam's UI scaling scale with that of Windows'.

It's a fucking awful idea and whoever came up with it should be fired.

This fix no longer works. In fact now it scales even bigger for some reason.

I had no issues with DPI scaling in steam until 3 beta versions ago. Now it makes Steam n ext to useless with 200% or so scaled browser parts. All other (non-Browser)parts (like Library) of steam is normal size.

First check box is "Run Steam when computer starts" and there is no check-box for scaling anywhere else (under Interface) either.
