Incorrect parsing of price inputs on community market

ISSUE:
Inputs that begin with a decimal and are followed by three numbers are parsed as if the starting decimal was not there.

OS:
Windows 10

STEPS:
1.Select invinory under the username drop down menu
2.Select an item in the invintory and click sell
3.Input a price en either box that begins with a decimal and has 3 numbers afterwards

RESULTS:
Input: | Price interpreted as:
.020 | 20.00
.100 | 100.00
.1000 | 0.10

EXPECTED
Input: | Price interpreted as:
.020 | 0.02
.100 | 0.10
.1000 | 0.10
