Accepted Digital Gift Cards not shown in history

Gifted Steam Digital Gift Card is not shown under "View Gift History" under inventory.
Gifted games show normally.

Purchase history is not really relevant to this (you can see it there fine), as stuff appears in this list after gift is accepted. The problem is not to see the transaction, but that your gift card was successfully received by your friend.

Because it is a money transaction. That only belongs in the purchase history.

It literally said after sending it as a gift, that it will be shown under accepted gifts section, but it's not.
Therefore it's a bug and should be fixed.

definitely needs an improved message in the automatic email to indicate "digital gift cards will not be shown in gift history". but it would be nice to be able to see that the one we gifted it to was the one that redeemed it, without having to call or text like we're tactlessly fishing for a thanks.

Digital gift cards can only be redeemed by the account you selected to be sent to. So, it can not be accidentally accepted by any other account.

If the user didn't accept it after 30 days, just like a game gift, you get automatically refunded. So, you will know either way.

I got a 50$ gift card and when I scratched the card it wasnt readable ;p so I went through steam support to get the code. Then when I redeemed the gift card it told me it accepted it and but the money hasnt shown up in my wallet. Whats up with this?

This is for digital gift cards my friend, not physical codes being redeemed. Hit up Steam support again if your funds are still missing.
