Problème vocal steam

Bonjour je rencontre depuis quelques jours des problèmes de chat vocal dans Steam.

Je me suis rendu compte du problème car le chat vocal dans le jeu Hell Let Loose ne fonctionne plus pour moi depuis ce moment la et c'est ce qui m'a fait remarquer ce problème.
Je n'entends personne et personne ne m'entends dans le jeu et sur le chat vocal de Steam alors qu'auparavant tout fonctionnait je ne sais pas d'où cela peut venir

Petites précisions , mes pilotes sont bien a jour , mon micro et casque fonctionnent partout ailleurs (autres jeux sur d'autres plateformes , discord , world of tank....etc ) je suis en partage de connexion via mon téléphone (est ce que cela peut avoir une incidence ?) j'ai deja désinstaller et réinstaller Steam et procéder a une vérification des fichier du jeu via le menu steam.

J'ai déjà passé 4h au téléphone avec un amis bien calé et rien n'y fait

Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ou vais-je vraiment devoir faire un hard reset du PC pour le remettre en mode usine et tout réinstaller sur une base neuve ?

Hello I have been experiencing vocal chat problems in Steam for a few days now.

I realized the problem because the voice chat in the game Hell Let Loose no longer works for me since that time and that's what made me notice this problem.
I don't hear anyone and no one hears me in the game and on Steam's voice chat when before everything worked, I don't know where it might come from

Small details, my drivers are well up to date, my microphone and headphones work everywhere else (other games on other platforms, discord, world of tank .... etc) I'm sharing the connection via my phone (can this affect?) I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Steam and proceeded to check the game's files via the steam menu.

I've already spent 4 hours on the phone with a well-positioned friend and nothing helps

Does anyone have a solution or will I really have to make a hard reset of the PC to put it back into factory mode and reinstall everything on a new basis?
