Steam activity feed reloading if I scroll down.
ISSUE
Every time i scroll down my activity feed on steam it keeps reloading the page.
It's always the same amount of scrolling.

OS
Windows 8.1

STEPS
Select your name on steam
Select Activity
Scroll down a little bit and it'll reload the page for me

EXPECTED
Page should not reload after scrolling down.
