Play-Time Not Updating.
ISSUE
The 'Time Played' meter on the library won't update.

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
Select LIBRARY from the main menu.
Choose a game.
Select Game.
Play Game.
Using shift-tab, monitor playtime.

RESULTS
Playtime on Steam Page will not match that of Steam Profile and Steam Overlay after accepting the beta.

EXPECTED
Time matches that of Steam Profile and Steam Overlay.

EXAMPLE
Steam Library Game Page: 690 Hours Played.
Steam Account Page: 719 Hours Played.
