[Library] "From the library of" family shared games issue

When you're viewing your library, and viewing a game that you're receiving through family share and give that name a right-click to view the profile (suggestive of a clicking function due to the highlight on mouse over of the name), the Steam Library will stop working and render browsing the library broken

You're able to click on other tabs outside of the library and essentially "reset" the library once revisited (it'll go back to the default screen in your library), but the clicking ability is still absent

Tested on W10, Ubuntu 18.10
