GTA 5 downloading less than 1.0 KB/s???
It is still downloading at 0.00 though, this normal?

How much space do you have on the disk you're installing on?

Do you have issues downloading other games, what about other games on the same disk?

Nope, the other games I have is installed in C drive, its my first time switching to E drive to save GTA 5 there

1.0 MB/s on disk usage and is downloading fast, but why is GTA 5 having only 1.0 KB/s or less?

After the other game has been downloaded, GTA 5 suddenly went 800 KB/s but suddenly went back to 1.0 KB/s
