Windows 10 screen edge snapping broken

Snapping the steam client to an edge position hasn't worked for me in some time now, really miss this.

To be sure, you are talking about the edge of your screen and not the Edge browser?

What version & build is your Windows 10? You can find that info in
Windows Settings -> System -> (left sidebar) Info.

Do you remember about when you started to have this problem?
Do you use 1 monitor or do you have multiple monitors connected?

The issue started a few weeks ago after a beta update, reverted to stable client and changed to default skin made no difference.

Currently on latest beta client.

I have an interesting problem on this one. Running Win7 6.1 SP1 and when I screen snap the Steam client to the middle inside on my secondary, the client crosses screens. Haven't had this issue with any other app. It started probably 2 months ago.
