In-home Streaming and Dolby Atmos
ISSUE
When Windows 10 Atmos audio output is enabled on in-home streaming receiver, audio is distorted for the streamed game.

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
Enable Atmos on receiving computer (standard option for all Windows 10 PCs after Creators Update)
Start streaming from computer that has 5.1 audio
Audio of streamed game cuts in and out and is distorted

EXPECTED
Audio from streamed game would sound as clear as it does with Atmos processing turned off. All other audio sources in Windows 10 sound fine with Atmos processing turned on including games running locally. Streaming to a Kaby Lake NUC using Intel HDMI audio. This will be a fairly standard setup for someone with Windows 10 and a newer AV receiver.

Did you ever get this to work? I am also trying to setup my Home Cinema with Atmos support, but not sure if it's feasible... :(
