Using the SKIM, but it does nothing.

I've tried to uses the install manager, like you said to in the guide, but upon starting the game nothing is different. That is, when the game even starts. Reinstalling, uninstalling, repairing. When it doesn't break everything it simply does nothing.

Find TSFix.ini
Open it
Changes the settings how you wish

Otherwise, not sure what you expect SKIM to do.

Yeah that file isn't there.
I should note the SKIM also does nothing, when I install it, it just gives me the install prompt repeatedly now.

Are you on windows 7? I always had this problem until I upgraded to 10. Then it started working like normal.

The skim64.exe doesn't do anything. Running as admin doesn't help. Win10Pro-64bit
running in compat for win 7 r 8 doesn't help
