CTRL+SHIFT+BACKSPACE DOESN'T WORK

Hi,
I am hyped to play NieR Automata but there are some problems on PC as you now. I wasn't able to play the game on fullscreen at the beginning and my FPS was capped at 60 in game and 30 in cutscenes. Somehow fullscreen problem solved by itself. Then I wanted to download FAR Mod to uncap my FPS but I couldn't bring up the mod menu after I installed it. By the way sometimes my game doesn't even open with the mod but I try a few times and it opens up. I read the forums and reinstalled the mod a few times. Now my fps is capped at around 20. I can't even open the mod menu and I don't know what to do. Any ideas will be appreciated.
