has ffxiv ever been looked into? there's some pretty bizarre fps drops on most vfx
an easily reproducible one which doesnt require owning the base game is in the first few seconds of starting the new shadowbringers benchmark https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/benchmark/

heres a vid showing what i mean, fps drops from 80-ish to 17 while the special effects are in view and back to normal after it finishes
