If it's DLL, try dinput8.dll and if that doesn't work, try Global Injection instead.
If it's Global, then try dinput8.dll or dxgi.dll instead.
the files of the Script Extender are two dll and one exe file (skse64_steam_loader.dll, skse64_1_5_80.dll and skse64_loader.exe). With the exe I start Skyrim.

I don't understand exactly what I shoud do, can you tell me more specific what exactly I should do?
I have copied all Special K files into the Skyrim folder and tried the create a 0 byte file named SpecialK.dxgi but it didn't worked
Take SpecialK64.dll, place it in Skyrim's directory and name it dinput8.dll or dxgi.dll.
This is how local injection works.
---
The file that you created is for global injection, that 0-byte file just identifies the graphics API. It is not needed in most cases, dxgi is the usually detected properly.
It doesn't matter if I use Skript Extender or not. Was matters is that if I start Skyrim with the "Skrim Launcher" the injector will be loaded correctly. But if I start with the tool "Mod Organizer" or the Script Extender exe it will not load, it is for 1 secound back screen and then return to desktop.
I tried with global injector or putting SpecialK64.dll, placing it in Skyrim's directory and name it dinput8.dll or dxgi.dll.
Both same methods works with "Skyrim Launcher", but not "Mod Organizer" or the Script Extender exe.
