you could challenge other players in the group to a sniper war and in whoever is the best sniper in the group wins the _..-@Player of the week@-.._ and keeps that title till another sniper challenges him and wins (challenges take place in TF2) though you dont have to accept the challenge if your challenged unless you have the _..-@Player of the week@-.._ title if you dont accept then you lose your title
