Roofing pieces

So I find dozens of interior roof pieces... are there no exterior ones? If there are, does anyone know what kind of name they're under?

I found a few pieces... but no complete sets. There's a nice whiterun wooden shingle tile and an inside corner connector, but no outside connector... it's like they WANT us to go bonkers...

What style are you looking for? Try opening up the cell for any city in the render window and find the exterior roof piece you like.

Honestly it doesn't matter... I would have been happy with any roof if any of them had a full set. None of them did. The buildings in the cities are single objects, so selecting them would bring up a whole house or a big chunk of archetecture, not a specific piece.

Yes, there really aren't any roof pieces. What many people do is patch together a few exterior houses to sort of try to create a mashed up house shape. Or just copy the exterior of a single house and leave the modding to the inside. Another idea is to creatively use the pieces you have. I used the little guard walkways with shingled rooves, and built walls around them. Some floor tiles/ stairs look like rooves too, if you tilt them! Use your imagination :D

I forgot to mention, if you get Hearthfire, there are a few more sensible options.
But then your mod requires Hearthfire, so it's a tradeoff.
