В команду собрались игроки из Днепропетровска, Макеевки и Киева. Дата создания 1 июня 2009 года.

The Code или другимим словами: рекомендации для проведения тренеровок.
- тренировки проводятся каждый день;
- время тренировки назначается в конце предыдущей;
- тренеровка будет поводиться только, когда 5 игроков находятся вместе;
- опоздание без объяснения причин - максимум на 5 минут;
- если не можешь/опаздываешь обязательно сообщить мейту любым удобным способом;
- кому сообщили о переносе обязан уведомить всех остальный тиммейтов;

- во время игры от игроков не должно быть никаких лишних звуков/советов/машны/нытья, помимо инфы: только одни факты, инфа по пакету;
- во время иргы запрещается высказываться по поводу игры соперника: атцы/читера/баты;
- если во время фризитайма не было никаких раскладов на раунд, то играем "default";
- после проигранного раунда никто не закупается пока не было команды "buy";
- никто не покупает Deser Eagle на эко раундах за CT;
- если один игрок из пары сказал, что делаем - второй делает безоговорочно.

The Code or in other words: recommendations for carrying out of trainings:
- trainings are spent every day;
- training time is appointed in the end of the previous;
- training will be moved only when 5 players in online;
- delay without assigning any reasons, a maximum for 5 minutes;
- if you can/be late not necessarily inform teammate in any convenient way;
- to whom have informed on carrying over is obliged to notify all teammates;
- during game from players should not be any superfluous sounds/advice/altercation/moaning, besides info: only one facts, info on a package;
- during game it is forbidden to pass an opinion on game of the contender: gosu/cheaters/noobs;
- if during time freezetime there were no deals on a round it is played "default";
- no one bought after losing a round until he was told "buy"
- thread does not buy the Desert Eagle on eco rounds for CT;
- if one player from pair has told that is done - the second does unconditionally.

We have previously heard that bonding and having fun plays a very important role in the team. Could you try explaining the readers why it is important for a team to do well?

Yea, that is a tough question though. If you don't connect within the team, you have a tendency to whine, flame and get angry with each other, a lot easier than if you are all good friends(if you have a grudge against a teammate, or something like that).

Obviously that results in the team performing poorly, if you don't get along, because it removes the players focus from the game into personal stuff, and that will really hurt you in-game

You guys won your first event in a long time when topping DreamHack Summer, what would you say were the key elements for you victory?

We simply got better. We got all the tiny bits and pieces to fit together(that sounds really lame), so in every aspect of cs, we improved a lot, and that obviously helped us a lot, not losing one single map. We also won almost all of our pistol-rounds, and that makes it easier - that was something we couldn't manage to do, in all the other events where we placed 2nd and 3rd. We also weren't as unlucky as before!
