We're primarily a 6v6 team, hit Ziege up for scrims, and if he's not online, yell at Phantasm to get Ziege to do it later. Currently LF backups. Player of the Week is now "Autist of the week."

So, basically, guys. I've identified some key issues with our playing that we should work on as soon as we have the time.

- We're going into matches cocky, thinking the other team is full of shitters. This is potentially the worst possible thing you can do, as it means you're not going to play as well as you can, putting us at a disadvantage.

- Our comms certainly need work, I don't want to put more stress on a particular player but we need a clear main caller, as our comms are overly clustered with everyone calling everything, meaning the important things go unheard. So often on mid I've gotten a medic pick, called several times, and nobody's heard and asked 30s-1m later if anyone got the medic at mid.

- Everyone leaving directly after a scrim, we need to sit around, watch demos together, find out where we went wrong, what we could do better, what we did well, why certain pushes worked and certain pushes didn't, simple things like that. Even just sitting around for five to ten minutes afterwards and chatting about this helps immensely.

- Finally, we're not really going to improve if you lot aren't willing to put in the time and effort to improve.
