They've been using it to peddle google play store apps or some sort of crap, but it's the first time i've seen them actively promoting other "devs" crap.
And judging by the quality of those "games"? They didn't wise up.
Also, James has nothing to do with Loot Toot, apparently Loot Toot is run entirely by Robert. But frankly, I'm not concerned, they've been using the Loot Toot name to do giveaways since they were booted.

I bet its their own work
Thanks for your time, guise!
No, I am not joking, they asked for 1.000 - 10.000 keys in a Mail which is 2 days old now, but I did not knew it was DH until i saw this topic.
Quote from the Mail:
Lets see how long it takes until they try to sue me for writing this post >.<...
Yeah, lol. Had a Dev forward me one of the emails that they received from them, but yeah, if dwvs areally aware if their reputatin (which seems a lot do) then they shouldn't be much of a problem. Talked with devs that weren't aware they were Loot Toot and even they declined their service cause they were demanding too much.
In fact a new GA from them popped up over at reddit...

Even people who usually collect games from GA's are almost afraid of taking a key. Hilarious
Edit: Make that 2

lol, and someone posted this there:

Wich seems to be their... "contact approach" to devs
kudos for you
But did you look at the quality of the titles their promoting?
It almost feels as a deliberate effort to push yet even more garbage onto the storefront...
And at the rate they are doing giveaways lately, the flow doesn't seem to want to stop.
Anyhow, i wonder if those guys are aware of steam's "confidence metric" and it's relation to card drops...
