A couple years prior, in 1982, the President of the United States of America, Ronald Reagan, was delivering a televised address to the people of America pertaining to various economic concerns and policies, but, within just fifteen minutes of his usual address, he suddenly collapsed, knocking down the podium he was standing at. And as the trained medical personnel, Secret Service agents, and close confidants rushed to his side, he was pronounced dead just a few minutes later — a catastrophic heart attack that no man of his age could sustain.

Immediately after the death of this once "great" President, George H. W. Bush, the loyal Vice President to Reagan, took over the reigns of President of the United States of America. Even despite a new leader being in place, the American people, politicians, and the upper echelons of companies saw him as weak, easily controlled, and possibly even knowing of what would happen to the former President.

As unrest rose and the economy began to stagnate, an agreement behind closed doors by unknown people was reached where the sector in New York City known as Wall Street, a hub for the stock exchange and other economic institutions, would be given partial independence as an "Economic Zone."

Therefore, the Economic Zone of Inner New York City was birthed — a semi-independent zone of excess, influence, and control. A place where corporations abuse their own, the law bends due to any reason, and the fragile balance of American power tilts into something new and possibly dangerous.


Now, the year is 1986, and multiple Federal institutions have began to separate themselves from the overarching Federal Government due to the need for better leadership rather than the Executive Branch, the need for more funding and resources, and the need to stop corporations from seizing important factors in the Federal Government.

The EZINYC, Economic Zone of Inner New York City, has been in a slow decline morally and leadership wise, and it is worried that its depravity, wealth, and various cultures will be seized by the Federal Government due to the situation in the EZINYC, the need for the Federal Government to maintain control over the nation, and to show the vying Federal institutions that the Federal Government is fully capable of taking over anything.
