A: Your profile is/was private when adding the bot, try adding a different viwu bot or unfriend/re-add the bot you tried to use.

Q: It says items are unavailable, WTF?!?!
A: Alot of people are trying to buy sets at the same time all day - if someone gets one or more of the same cards as you in their trade and they accept it first, yours will be unavailable and you'll have to retry, my recommendation is to buy small and craft and buy again.

Q: But can you send me a trade manually?!
A: Sadly no.

Q: Why does the bot sellprice become more expensive?
A: Prices increases by 2 reasons, supplier issues or market crashes

Q: When is next restock?
A: We get restocked everyday by our beloved suppliers.

Q: The bot says i have a trade hold which i dont?
A: This means rather your keys or gems is tradelocked for 7days or you dont have had mobile/desktop authenticator for enough days (7-14days) this is a security feature by steam.

Q: I confirm the trade but nothing happends (or error)
A: This is by steam and the bigger trades, the more stuck it will look, but really it does mean the trade process is slowly working.

Q: What keys does the bot accept?
A: For CS:GO it's CASE keys only, NOT capsule keys. For TF2 it's the normal Mann Co. Supply Crate Key

Q: Why is the bot slow sometimes?
A: It's under heavy load by all the people trying to buy sets all day.

Q: omg, the bot scammed me!??
A: 1: the bot cant take anything from you even if you just tried to give it to it, so to say this simple. if you dont get your ALL cards from the bot during the trade steam has the thing in this trading system that cancels it and which means no parts recieves anything at all, if you dont recieve cards the bot wont recieve keys/gems etc.... 2: Be aware that there are impersonators out there who tries to use our name and everything and scam you by giving you much much less sets than normal, be aware of what bot you use by simply checking if its a mod of our group :)

A: Steam has limitations on max trades pr account, which is you have to wait or try the other accounts.

Q: !check (level) issue
A: 2reasons: That could be if example you need 2.04keys you will need 3keys to reach that wished level but you will recieve much more sets to go higher. 2: Many people uses it at once and miscalculates the total xp needed, this is normal on all bots.
