ABOUT 1 Shot Scout or Knife Game Mode

Let's get this game mode made! This is a game mode in which you start with only a scout, a knife, and one bullet. You can refresh the bullet by getting a kill or assist, but otherwise when that bullet is used you then must knife to get it back.

you get one shot with scout after then you have to get a knife kill to refresh that bullet, think 1 in the chamber
