Private Server Idea

I have a idea, i want to make a rust private server of steam friends.

The way it will work is if people want to join just ask.

The Server will have mods on it like:
Faster Collecting.
Faster Crafting.

I dont want to make it to op so its still hard.
Any questions post to the page.
I will deal with the cost of the server.
If you want to help pay talk to me.
