Your age:

20

Your general online times and your timezone:

Timezone: CST Chicago timezone

Covid times: Usually wake up at 11:30 AM CST. Get on CSGO at about 12:00PM until about 5:00PM then regularly reappear on servers throughout the evening staying on for most of the night.
Prior to current circumstances, I would be up at around 8:30AM CST and usually get on CSGO at around 10:00AM and stay on the majority of the day.

Your previous experiences as an Admin or Moderator:

I have not been an admin/moderator on CSGO platforms but I have been admins & moderators on other PC games including GMOD, MINECRAFT & ARMA. I play CSGO quite more than those, but I have yet to try my strengths on this game, although I'm very eager to learn, understand, grasp, and perfect being a good, experienced admin/mod.

Why should we choose you to be part of our team:

Well I actually work (worked, laid off due to today's circumstances) at a car dealership and was in a very established position in our Service Department. You might ask how it correlates, here's how. I was employed as an Advisor for 30 technicians. When on-boarding to the job, I was required to understand policies, rules and guidelines for customers and staff. It was a learning process but I learn super easy. When I'm given a role of responsibility, I always hold it to a golden standard. Its very crucial for the growth of a server to ensure the climate not to be known as toxic or boring, instead to connect with the players and ensure everyone is following the rules without making it a chore.
I have been trading on CSGO for years now and understand scams and the ins and outs of trading..
Of course, if there is more in-depth questions you want to ask I would be happy to answer them over discord or pm's.

Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, a general overview of your policies and punishments:

Perfect example : Micspam, I would express verbal dismay in what is going on, the 3 strike rule is very crucial in a situation like this. It prevents said culprit in expressing their annoyance with staff if they were given 3 warnings. After the 3rd warning (when they really should've gotten the message the first) its a mute for a short period of time, hopefully to shed some sort of common sense into the culprit.
Now, there is different forms of micspam, previous example to me would be warranted if it was just some horsing around on a community server, but if said suspect is using an external audio player or screaming into the mic, that's 1 verbal warning, if it persists it's an immediate 10 minute mute.
I do not tolerate racism, nor should fellow traders be subject to it. That is 1 verbal warning then a kick, if said individual keeps going about doing their deeds, its a short temp ban. Many moderators have different standards but I tend to lean toward banning for 30 minutes, that gives them time to reflect and hopefully not repeat their actions. Although if the problem persists I will have to escalate the ban.
Harassment is something for MM not for trading. I understand banter and I'll occasionally throw some banter myself but if it's a little deeper than that I will give my 3 strike verbal warning. Then mute if said individual doesn't want to be mature. Very rarely have I seen this happen on trade servers.
Flaming someone for their inventory is another form, in my opinion, of harassment, although a lesser offence, I would advise said individual to be respectful. People with their inventory want confidence in what they have to trade.
Advertising other servers/websites etc. is not tolerated. There's a reason people are on the server and not others, no need to establish your server on another's. That is a chat-mute/voice mute, if the problem persists, so do the punishments.
I don't tolerate interrupting inventory adverts. If you want to waste time it's 3 verbal warnings, if you persist its a mute, then a kick.
Scamming is a big no no, if there is proof without a reasonable doubt, theres a ban that comes with it.

That is just what I can think of off the top of my head. If there is any revisions I should make on my policies I would be more than happy to alter. Thank you I hope you consider!

Cheekage,

Thank you for taking the time to submit an Admin application. Currently, we review all Admin applications when we see the need to have more staff to moderate our server. If we decide to review your application further, other staff members will have to chance to ask you questions and say their thoughts. Other users will also have the opportunity to comment on this application.

Keep in mind for your application to be accepted it is very much dependent on how active you are in our community. If we decide to not review your application due to a lack of experience or other reasons, it will be left up for later consideration.

Sincerely,
Rise Staff Team
