Games like huge scale total war, something more modern?

My recommendation: Buy on Sales following games

without base build
Wargame: Red Dragon its ww3 nato vs soviet
Steel Division 2 its WW2
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2, its with space ships,
if use Skalgrim Mod its a very large scale RTS
Ground Control II: Operation Exodus, its very old, but very good.
Warhammer: Mark of Chaos, its like total war, but in warhammer

with base build
