This man is the new mascot of PTT.
You may be wondering why we chose him to be the new mascot. So we have placed a quote (from the NY daily news) below which explains it quite well.

"Tyree S. Carter is accused of openly masturbating in the Racine Public Library last week. A witness told investigators Carter was out in the open, not trying to conceal his act."

Tyree's sentence is, being banned from ‘all the libraries on the face of the earth’ as condition of $1,000 bond.
