Our initial responses to the issues we face together, and to your concerns, were quite frankly, tone deaf.

We have made the decision to promote Tobl to new head of MORITZ™. Atter long dicussion the head of MORITZ™ Jajoing decided to step down from current position. We With Tobl the best with the new role inside and outside of MORITZ™.

The current contract contains that Tobl could only move to head of if he remained in the book of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. He agreed on that matter without comment.
