ETF2L has gotten their gear up and set up a page to redeem medals.

However, as you can see, they are still waiting on Valve (read: Valve didn't give them an API key to drop medals yet). I will be watching that page and warn you when it becomes available.

Hey, um just letting you know my PC's CPU cooler has had a heart attack. Since I haven't got a spare i7 CPU fan, using my phone is the only method of typing this and reading the wiki. Obviously I can't use the real Steam client, but uh I don't think this should take longer than a week or so to sort out....hopefully.

I can use MSN though if needed.

I don't mind being the Demoman, and would most likely even prefer it than Scouting. Up to you guys of course.
