We have positions of nobility, honourary titles, positions of Council and Parliament, as well as the Imperial Majesty. The Imperial Majesty will represent the nation as its Head of Government and Supreme Commander, whereas the Parliament will represent the nation as its Head of State, there being both a Chancellor and a Vice Chancellor to make it more fair in the democratic process.

The nobility or senate will act as the lower legislative assembly, whereas they will cast their vote on legislation related to Constitutional Law, Common Law, or Statute Law, requiring a 50% + 1 majority vote of the total electorate assembly to pass, if otherwise, it will be vetoed. Only the Head of Government may modify the Constitutional Law, whereas, the Head of State signs or vetoes legislation related to such, requiring their 100% approval. Only the Head of State may modify the Common Law or Statute Law, whereas, the Head of Government signs or vetoes legislations related to such, requiring their 100% approval. This way, power is split up, preventing corruption within the government. Because as they always say: "Absolute power corrupts absolutely."
