Rules and Guidelines

-General behaviour

1. Have fun and enjoy the team.

2. No discrimination towards anyone, we are trying to build up a nice team with respectable behaviour.
Cor Lems: Its nice to be important but its more important to be nice.

3. Associate with fellow team mates, play games, get to know eachother.

4. No raging, if a player is having a bad game don't mention it, turn the situation around and motivate them.

5. No frusting, this includes matches and caps. if you start something then you should have the self initiative to finish it, regardless of what happens.

6. Communicate, if you think something is wrong, or you are worried about anything, don't be afraid to talk to someone, we are a team and we will communicate as a team.


-Competition/Clan guidelines

1. Number one is still about having fun with your mates, Its cool to win
but having fun is important aswell.

2. If someone is interested in joining Nextgen, the player will be evaluated fairly on
- Behaviour
- Reputation (Links to Behaviour)
- Skill
In this order.
If people want to contribute something towards a player, then please feel free.

3. Players of nG are not to discuss ongoing votes with 3rd parties. Votes
should be kept within nG circles at all times. Ofcourse nG members
are allowed to discuss votes with eachother as we need to discuss who will be a part of our team

4. Over the course of a matchweek, leader(s) and co's will discuss that
weekend's lineup. They will consider activity, teamplay, opponent and
number of times already played in the league. Leader(s) and co's will
contact members during the week to ask if they will be available
for that weekends match. If you are not contacted and yet available
for that match, please join the server at matchtime so you might be
subbed in later that match.
