So you are looking for grindcore basicly? I don't know much sadly. I do know of this band. Not sure if you be interested by take a listen. It's industrial grindcore. The drummer is the fastest drummer recorded in the guinness book of world records at one point.

Not exactly slow... but I've never really been a huge fan of grindcore vocals. Too screechy and obnoxious for my taste :/ I prefer a nice brutal growl

Grindcore is slow? What? Isn't Grindcore pretty much the opposite?

I would say so as well.
If I would have to answer on which Genres are considered the fastest, Tech-Death and Grindcore are the two I´d go with.

Oh, if you search for Grind, ask the user "Muz". He seems to be well informed about these realms.

I would say Bloodbaths eaten is probably the best slow brutal death metal and Six feet under are brutal but they have got Groove and I would suggest the Grindcore sub Genre "Pornogrind" funny name but is slow and has a brutal sound to it or even some slam metal has a brutal death metal sound to it
