Ok I typed out a post for 30 minutes and accidentally deleted is so now I'm salty...

Here's the deal


1 I need some people to help with setting up servers and scheduling

2 I need everyone to post an available time where they can do their tryouts and battle

REMINDER: If you have any questions make a discusion about it... and I will answer it don't do it in any other way



Ok I'm going to explain the rules more carefully....

We're going to use scout as our example class but this goes for all classes

1. we will NOT be using the same weapons... you will each use your own loadout for the classs part of the skill goes into remembering how to use your weapons...

2. if it there are 4 people who want to be the scout then we will have a 2v2 battle... you will decide the map... the gamemode... and what happens... I will use a randomizer to assign teams this way I don't see relying on others...

3 Also to make sure you don't rely on other we are NOT doing the winning team... what we will be doing is the 2 people with the highest score in that instance... reminder I will be watching or will designate someone to watch all of the battles so I will judge more than just points... though it's the main factor

4. the two people who won will also choose again what they do... it has to test the skill of both individuals so it can't be a RPS or a d20 or anything like that...

5. EXAMPLE
if there is 1 heavy 1 scout 1 medic 1 pyro 1 engi and 1 soilder here's what we do...

I will not give you the names of who won... and I won't announce it to an entire group... the people who won will be messaged individually...If you are messaged don't tell anyone BECAUSE they might vote you out....

welp here's what is going to happen

We will NOT give out the names of the winners... but I will message each winner the classes that won... they will choose the classes they think is more to hinder the team... this is to prevent favortism...

If only 1 person tries out for a class we will do an individual test that I will get some skilled players and close friends to help me out with...

if you are the only one in your class I WILL BE BATTLING YOU... I will also have 2 other people that main that class join in on that match...

So after all of that is over reminder... there are 2 other slots besides you yourself... meaning there will be only three people who win...

The winners get to be on MY team for cyan's tournament...

If you win we WILL be practicing regularly meaning if you are not commited fully to this team and tournament and won't spend a vast ammount of your time on it I ask that you leave now...

A. want to help me run the servers/schedule/ help me plan message me individually...

B. If you have any questions again make your own thread and ask it... there might be others who ask the question so this prevents people spamming me...

C. If you have suggestions ALSO make a thread about it... we will have people vote on it and see if it's a good idea...

REMINDER...
We are not all friends...
If you are insulted here it doesn't matter to me...
If you aren't ok with people raging,cussing, or being just a bit arrogant then you need to leave...
If you can't take critisicm in an offensive way then leave...

Actually one final thing...
If you try out for multiple classes I expect you to try out for EVERY tournament that involves your class...
If you win multiple you are entitled to switch classes constantly and I advise people do this and train with multiple classes...
most people are focusing on one class so If they fight a team that has say spy VS. engi then they are disadvantaged...
So practice multiple classes

The practices are not really to improve skill but they are to improve teamwork

we can't go in not knowing eachothers strengths and weaknesses and knowing how we play... That would seriously mess us up
