Does the Game Have Manual Saving Or Not?

Will list popular games that have manual saving or don't with a simple yes/no. What is Manual Saving? Here's my "Full Manual Saving" definition:

"You can save the game at any point (not just outside of missions) in a new save file each time, or you have at least 9 save slots, and no matter what you've done in the game since making that manual save, you can load that save and continue from there, in order to make different choices such as in conversations, how you approach a mission or simply trying a different strategy. And those save files don't get overwritten by checkpoint saves."
