which is better masterconfig or CFG.TF?

cfg.tf has mastercomfig as one of its configs prefixes but it might be an outdated version so safest bet is at the mastercomfig website

mastercomfig is better as it's the best, customisable fps config out there and cfg.tf doesn't keep the mastercomfig files up to date like Crixmson said, it's most likely an outdated version of mastercomfig.
