i want his hitsound and killsound adn if u know them send download or tell me what it is and tell me the setting liek max damage and min damage console commands

The killsound is a default hit sound in tf2. If you go to advanced options and scroll down you will find the kill sound part. just change it to "electro". I don't know what his hitsound is though, sorry
