My brain had a birth.

Hi CS players,i'm one of you.I just want to create an international matchmaking group.
Why i want?Because there's too many players that they can destroy your game experience.Such as flamers, cheaters, kiddos and AFKers.
You will be able to play with the people who really want to have fun. Also, you can add people you met from competitive matches and your friends.
2 things are needed to join us:
1-Knowing enough English to communicate.
2-Wining a competitive match with a member.
