The ferst is simply that you love events, and that you have a few event stuff (For example: Unusual Horse Less Headless Horse Mann's Headtaker ... It is an Über weapons!) and will do everything you can to get it.
The second rule is that you're a "♥♥♥" (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Awesome Guy), but if you're a "♥♥♥" (idiot) then you're not cool...
