The Democratic Republic Liberland is a sovereign state located between Croatia and Serbia on the west bank of the Danube. The nearest village is Zmajevac (Croatia) and back Monostor (Vojvodina, Serbia). On some maps, this area is referred to as "Gornja Siga".
