The Landersons, were a platoon of brothers who fought in the Polish Army during the very beginning of World War 2. After Germany had seized control of Poland in 1938, the Polish Army had been defeated. With their forces in disarray, the Landerson brothers fled into hiding in the city of Kielce.

Every day, the Germans harrassed and mistreated the Polish citizens, and the only thing the Landersons could do at the time, was to watch. Until in 1942, they thought enough was enough. They vowed themselves to keep their city under control and destroy the Germans who were inside it. Fully outfitted with black trenchcoats, the Landerson Gang walked through the streets of Kielce proclaiming the good news to Polish citizens that they must rise up against the fascists.

However, some citizens wanted to have a criminal life of their own, and some were Nazi loyalists. Therefore, some Resistance came into conflict with the Landersons. Harrassment, murder, and loitering followed. Now, to this day, they believed to themeselves that they could only trust each other...
