Our Glorious Manifesto:

Someone must make a stand against the intolerable evils of the world, allowing us to save our friends and comrades from the evil of the Killers, and the terror of the Entity's many limbs. Our commandments, chosen by our selfless members, allow us to remain focused on the important aspects of our creed:

1. We shall be swift.

We will cut a swathe of blazing hope through the darkness that is the Entity's damned playground, befuddling its agents with our speed and precision.

2. We shall be silent.

The HRF is an organization spread through word of mouth only to trusted allies. Any unworthy voice learning of it would alert the agents of the Entity and hinder our ultimate goals.

3. We shall not discriminate.

All of those who are hooked are our brothers and sisters in the good fight to reduce our collective suffering, and therefore are all deserving of our merciful Altruism.
