[Left 4 Dead 1 or 2] "True survivor" [When you are the last one standing, survive for 1 minute total in any survivor map]

[Left 4 Dead 1] "Monster kill" (Kill all 3 special infected within 10 seconds of each other)

[Lef 4 Dead 2] "You first" (Use a bile bomb against a Boomer and have it die from the common)

[Modern Warfare 2] "Mano e mano" (Get a 5 killstreak again me 1 on 1).

[Left 4 Dead] "Holy Knight" (As the last standing survivor, defend and revive/save your teammates)

[Killing Floor] "Kite-man" [As the last person alive, survive any wave higher than wave 5]

[Borderlands] "Overkill much?" [Kill a single enemy with 3 or more grenades]

[Borderlands] "Suck it down" [At point blank range. Finish off a wounded enemy with a rocket launcher and survive the blast]

[Modern Warfare 3] "The Unseen" [Complete the Spec Ops mission Hostage Taker on Venteran difficulty while saving at least 2 of the 3 hostages, without shooting out the helicopter's spotlight and without getting seen for more than 3 seconds total]
