We host game servers for fun with the aim to make sure that people have a good time, safe place to come to and generally be themselves.

DMN Mini Summer Tournament Details

Venue: DMN Server #4 [178.32.225.176:27043] <- Restricted to Participants only and will be password locked.

SPECTATORS WILL HAVE ANOTHER SERVER WITH SOURCETV ENABLED [255 SLOTS] SO THEY CAN SPECTATE WITHOUT JOINING THE MAIN TOURNAMENT SERVER![/b]

Overview:

Apologies for this being late however it is here now. This tournament isn't purely a competitive tournament, more so a get to know the community tournament. Despite this, there will still be prizes such as: Metal/Keys,Hats/Miscs,Strange Weapons and there will be raffle for my old 'Deker's Legendary Chef Hat' with which the winner will be revealed at the end of the tournament so stay tuned. Matches in the tournament will last 10 minutes each, teams will pick a map and we will toss a coin to see what the map is. There will only be a final for the 1v1, however if we have time there may be ones for 2v2.

Rules:

Basic DMN rules will still apply, also you MUST not cross mid court. Spectators are to only talk in TEAM chat and do NOT troll on the voice-chat.

Sever Upgrade

Our provider delivered a new server today so I've started work getting things moved.

Unfortunatly I have ALOT of data to backup/move and whilst this procedure is happening it will cause lots of lags on the DMN servers, this should only last for a few hours today.

On a more positive note, the new server as a CPU thats about twice as fast, more ram (not that we need more) , double the bandwith and double the HDD speeds. Its also cheaper :D

I'm keeping both the old and new gameserver running this week to give me time to get the new one ready for friday 16th. When it switches over there will be about 15 minutes of downtime while the IP re-routes and you wont have to update your favourites as its the same IP.

On another note I'm still waiting for the new webserver so the website wont be back up properly untill I have the new one.
