To get the other ranks that are not there.It is still the same you get the rank from doing really good in a event. Or a recommend from a another person that you have been Training CR'S alot.The tryouts will be on soon.And you must be 1 rank under the rank you are trying out for.Or you can not tryout for that rank till you are 1 rank under.
