On July 21, 2011 noel gnahz and I bravely withstood the temptation to avoid end-round humiliation at the first stage of cp_Egypt, second point. While playing medic, my ubercharge was eighty percent full and we had one minute sixteen seconds left. noel gnahz did a fine job of sniping enemy targets but I had an insightful feeling that victory was within an arm’s length grasp away. I hurriedly told him to switch to heavy class and we met at large courtyard not far from the first point. There was nine seconds left on the clock and my ubercharge wasn’t full. I told noel ghanz to rush regardless so my charge would build up faster. I popped the uber the second it was full and we began our short-lasting perilous trek. By then, red team falsely anticipated their victory by pushing out of their nest to humiliate blue team. A blu pyro, Daeren, shadowed us and touched the point to ensure overtime would take place. noel gnahz aimed his minigun at the engineer ruthlessly hitting the sentry gun not far from him. The dispenser could not compensate for the health the engineer lost to the heavy’s minigun and died shortly afterward. The sentry gun fell apart subsequently and noel gnahz changed his focus onto the rest of red team.* Fueled by our alacrity we ended with the humiliation of red and the two of us finished the round as MVP.

*We must apologize but we do not remember what happened between killing the sentry and winning. Our adrenal glands were secreting adrenaline into our bloodstream and the release of dopamine from the hypothalamus had an effect on recalling the events that happened afterward.
