FED Fortress

FEDFortress 1:
Fixed an issue where workshop maps would be listed as their workshop ID and crash the server upon loading.

Added the following maps:
pl_patagonia, koth_toxic, cp_burghausen, plr_bananabay

Removed these maps due to similarities with other ones making them somewhat redundant
koth_viaduct, pl_abandonded upward, koth_badmoonz, koth_megalo cp_standin

Maps that had major issues with bots where removed:
ctf_doublecross, pl_hoodoo, cp_steel, cp_sulfur, cp_hazyfort, cp_hadal, koth_viaduct_event, koth_megalo, cp_degrootkeep_rats, cp_freaky_fair

Added Nav Meshes for:
cp_egypt, koth_yolt, koth_galt, koth_nightfall, ctf_nightfall

Weapon Changes:
Phlogistinator:
Restored the 10% damage bonus that was removed in the Tough Break Update. (Its underpowered because of the lack of airblast, especially since it can act as a jump on FED).

The C.A.P.P.E.R:
Now unique.
Now is an energy weapon with infinite ammo and no reloading.
-10% damage penalty
80% damage penalty to buildings.
Crits become minicrits.

Righteous Bison:
Now has penetration.

Partial Mobilization:
Now comes packaged with the B.A.S.E Jumper

Gauss Rifle:
*Now has functionally infinite ammo.

AWP:
*Restored it's ability to charge, but now it is 4X slower than stock.
*Changed the base damage from 76 back to 50.
*The reload rate was slightly increased so it feels less clunky.
*Now does 450 Damage on an uncharged headshot.

ViewFinder:
New Stats:
+Can See Enemey Health
+On Hit: Tag enemies, reveal disguised spies, and marks target for death.
+Can reload while zoomed in.
-Crits become minicrits
-25% Damage Penalty

Ullapool Caber:
* Caber will now recharge after roughly 8 seconds.
* Taunt kill now works properly.

Apoco-fists:
*New Stats
+10% More Damage
+Mini Crits when it would Crit
-50% Longer Holster and Deploy Time

Warrior's Spririt:
+30% More Damage
+50 Health on Kill
-30 Health on Wearer

The Rocket Jumper:
Now can be loaded like the Beggar's Bazzoka's overload jump by selecting this firing mode in the !cwx menu.

Shotguns:
*Brought back custom shell types after they where accidentally removed.
*Removed the Blaster due to being redundant with the new capper
*Removed half shells
*Removed Dragon's Breath Shells.

Miniguns:
25% More Accurate
10% Increased Damage
Can Destroy Projectiles
-37% Movement Speed while deployed
50% longer spin up time.

Revolvers:
*Completely Removed Fanning due to it being confusing.

Flame Throwers:
*Airblast jumping now conserves your momentum. Allowing it to be used to boost B-hop speeds and preform B-hop vectoring

The Classic:
*Has an automatic firing mode in the form a custom weapon.
Automatic firing
+200% Faster Firing Speed
+Can Fire while scoped
No Headshots
Critical hits become minicrits
-99% Longer Charge Rate

Ammo Changes
Surplus Ammo:
*Has been removed from the main server, plans are in place to bring it back.


Class Changes:
Medic has regained the ability to cause an infection (bleed) to enemies he hits with his saws.
Heavy can now destroy projectiles with his miniguns.
Scout can now preform long jumps and super jumps. Double tap the jump button while on the ground to preform a super jump. Double tap forward and then press jump to preform a long jump.
Pyro's Airblast jump now conserves his momentum.

FEDFortress 3:
Added the following maps: gg_skirmish, gg_sawmill, gg_lumberyard, gg_hightower, gg_harvest, gg_distillery

Day of Defeat:
Bleeding has been completely removed.
The server will be taken offline on May 2nd.
