Banned because of queue bug.

So, just got faceit today. Managed to get in a successful match after my 4th try. Now that i tried to play again, it found a match for me and i accepted, but there was someone who didnt accept it. Anyways it put me into a match room but the game status was disbanded. So i left the match room and tried to search for another game, but then it said ''YOU ARE CURRENTLY BUSY, THEREFORE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET MATCHED'' I checked the ongoing button, but it said i had no ongoing activity. So i searched for a game again. It still said that im busy and after about 20 seconds, it said i failed to accept a match, even tho i didnt see the accept button. I searched for a match once again, waited about 30 seconds, then it said two times that i failed to accept a match even tho i still didnt get the accept button and it still said im busy. Because of the bug i got banned. ''You are banned from PUG until Mon Jun 09 18:08:00 GMT 2014. Reason: Not having checked in for 3 times in a row'' So would be nice if you could answer to this as soon as possible. In my opinion it's pretty stupid if i have to wait the whole ban time just because of the bug. Already sent a support message but i have a feeling that it will take a long time before i get answer in there and looks like people get answers here pretty fast. Thanks. :)
