Can't download demo.

Hello, so I played absolutely insane in this match, and everytime i try downloading it, it links me to this site: https://s3.amazonaws.com/faceit-puppeteer/prod/csgo/02b2c610-fec3-49b0-a449-74b3394050fe/02b2c610-fec3-49b0-a449-74b3394050fe.dem

That usually happens, but I only have to wait a few minutes for it to download, but, this one isn't working.

Please do not respond with: "Hello, If the demo hasn't been finished it's currupted which means if not there within 48 hours then it will not appear"

There must be something you guys can do.

This has been going on for way to long, when will there be a fix?
