FACEIT stuck at Your match is ready!

It got fixed for me try a support ticket and then email to their response

I did website bug but it doesnt matter I think, just respond to their email they send you for that ticket

Overall about this issue you need to submit an offline support ticket which they will assist you more on the problem, however next time it happens can you try contacting live chat first if possible.

To contact live support please follow these steps:
1) Login to FACEIT platform
2) Click on your name, now you’ll be at your profile page
3) Now click on the stats button
4) Once on stats page scroll down to your previous matches
5) You’ll see a go button on each match, click the button and go into the room
6) Find a room which has support option within the room
7) Click on support option and select the relevant option until shows live support button.
