ELO Reset
Hi. I need reset on my ELO rank. I started faceit half year ago and left it after playing few games. Now i'm back, bought premium and i'm even under standard 1000 elo. My skill is lot higher, since my performance grow up for this time. I'm getting first places every game and it makes me bit nervous to grind my deserved level through bronze "noobs". Please let me play "first" placements again.

you just have to keep playing to increase ur elo. Faceit will not help reset any elo for whatsoever reason.

Dear member,

With our FACEIT platform is based upon the elo system. Each month your elo gets reset to a certain amount which gaining access to a new league if subscriber, once played the placement matches you’ll get placed within a league suitable to your skill level etc. At the moment in time we do not offer a reset on elo. If you want to know more information you’ll need to create a support ticket which our team will be able to resolve any issues that you may have regarding the elo system.
